Illinois Ability Sports is based in Havana Illinois. Havana Illinois is nearly in the middle of St. Louis, Chicago, and Indianapolis. We are dedicated to serving our local School District and local Park District in this rural area to provide many Youth Activities for children of all abilities.
Havana CUSD #126 has well over 170 Special Education Students in need of after school recreational activites. The Havana CUSD #126 has formed their first ever "Havana Special Olympics" team in History this year. We are hoping to expand it with more sports and activities next school year.
Illinois Ability Sports is rasing money in this campaign to help fund a ADA Playground Behind the Jr. High School ($50,000).
Anything over the requested $50,000 will help fund the "Havana Special Olympics", our Annual "Havana NFL Fuel Up To Play 60" Day for over 600 students, and other community programs.
Havana is a lower income area of the Midwest with over 50% of it's students on the National Free/Reduced Lunch Program and Funding is just not there. Havana CUSD #126 is a hub School District for smaller minucipalities for their children to get a great education and become outstanding leaders in our communities.
Your donations will be a part of this great legacy project for many generations of students and community children to enjoy.
Thank you for your time and support to make this all happen for some really great children.
