Engelbert Humperdinck has been descirbed as 'one of the finest middle-of-the-road ballardeers of all time', but is he a real person?
Kelsey McClure will find out and do it completely sober on March 2nd at the Isaac Theatre Royal in Christchurch, New Zealand. We're bringing Sober4MS to the Southern Hemisphere.
She is attending alone. Let's rally around Kelsey and raise money for Multiple Sclerosis research! This starts 10 days before the show, so there's not a lot of time.
According to John Simon, "If Humperdinck is real, this is going to be one of the shittiest concerts Sober4MS has ever done. At least as bad as One Direction."
Proceeds will support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. More specifically, we work through the Gateway Chapter in St. Louis, MO.
About Us
Sober4MS founder John Simon was diagnosed with MS, and our way of fighting the good fight is really seeing shows. We dressed in drag for Cher, spray tanned for Backstreet Boys, and got all Juggalo for Insane Clown Posse.
Basically, we attend terrible concerts (sober) to raise MS research funds.
Here's a video of Edward Norton and Katie Couric talking about Sober4MS as an example of creative crowd-sourced fundraising.
