We love our dogs in America; they have become the equivalent to kids for many families. One forgotten area of relief after a crisis, such as Hurricane Dorian, are our furry children. One Bahamas pet shelter was flooded during the storm, killing many animals. The surviving animals were shipped to the Treasure Coast in Florida, creating the need for a lot of help. We spend a lot of money on our pets in America. I ask that you allocate a small portion of your monthly pet expenses this month to the Treasure Coast Humane Society. This can help them take care of their new friends from the Bahamas as well as maintain their normal operations.
