Mrs. Edna Savage and her family were devastated and displaced because of a tragic electrical fire that left them homeless Tuesday, February 2, 2021 morning around 3 am in Selma, Alabama! Edna is a hard-working community minded person on the move in spit of her set back!
Edna is the SKIP, Inc. (Save Kids of Incarcerated Parents) Community Outreach Coordinator, making sure that families are fed, or whatever the need is, she’s there to assist in meeting those needs.Edna and sometimes family members travel from Selma to Montgomery every week to the East Chase Panera Bread to pick up the left-over bread and pastries on Wednesdays to go in the food boxes that she coordinates by making orders, packs, records, and distributes from the Montgomery Area Food Bank.
No words can express the dedicated services she does to make a difference in the lives of others whenever she can.Now is the time for our community to assist Edna and family in their darkest time of need. Please go to the SKIP, Inc. GoFundMe page and donate.
Thank you so kindly .
