We have Children in LOVING HOME (orphanage) in Nkubu-Kenya and some girls in high school that we provide for. We have cancelled our annual fundraiser, which was schedule April 24th, 2020, due to COVID-19 restrictions. We depend on this fundraising event to raise most of our annual operation funds to meet the needs of these children.
Without help, all these children would be homeless, and the girls would not be able to complete high school since they had been kicked out due to lack of tuition and bare necessities.

We are called to take in a barely two year old baby girl. We were informed that the mother of this child was a 14 year old who had been raped after the death of her mother. So the 14 year old had no one to defend her and was going from house to house with her baby finding work to feed herself and her baby. Someone called children protection officer who evaluated her situation and called us. He said if we take in the baby, the girl can find a job as a maid. It didn't feel right. So we took the two year old baby in and took the 14 year old mother to high school since the government does not provide for high school education. This little princess is now 4 years old and in school and her mother is in 11th grade.
A girl and a boy were brought to our attention. They are siblings. Their mother died and their father had just been arrested for sexually abusing this 4 year old daughter/child repeatedly. In the same bed was her 3 year old brother. We were requested to take in the boy because they didn't have a place for boys but will somehow find a place for the girl. It didn't feel right to separate them after everything they had been through. So we took both in. When they first arrived at Loving Home orphanage, the girl was very sad and scared. The boy was very angry and aggressive. In two years of loving care and spiritual nurturing, these two children are free, happy and attending school with medical care provided.
This is a taste of the work we are doing.
