We have decided to create a second fire circle/camping area in an ideal spot near our main building. In addition, we'd like to fix up a nearby cabin, unused for years, to serve as a rentable multipurpose room primarily for Scouts, but also for corporate retreats and other groups. The cabin would accommodate meetings and also have some storage area. Although volunteers can prepare the grounds for the fire circle and camping sites, as well as paint and do related work inside the cabin, we will need to hire professionals for roofing, carpentry, electrical, and gutter work that needs to be done in order to make the cabin an appealing and functional facility.
We would appreciate donations of any amount to help realize the vision for this new space. In addition to this request for monetary donations, we would be grateful for the donation of any of the professional services mentioned above as well.
