Since the end of February, Rex and I have hiked 288 miles through forests and meadows, down streams and up summits. And along the way we’ve encountered stunning beauty. If you’ve enjoyed my photos on social media, or have been inspired to get outside yourself, or even became hopeful that all is not lost in our world, please consider giving hope to a few others.
Only 12 more miles to go!
In support of the Sarcoma Foundation of America, I’m raising $300 so this worthy cause can continue its work to cure cancer. I do this in memory of our youngest son, TSgt. Carey M. Bowman, who we lost to Ewing Sarcoma in 2016.
I hope you join us. And here’s to that 300th mile by the end of June. Thank you so very much.
(I had planned to do this later in the year involving a different hike out west, but then Along Came Covid.)
