The mission of Archway is to change lives by providing housing and related supportive services that engender a safe environment and teach community skills for families with very low income. Our goal is to build healthier communities by offering quality affordable housing with services that enhance the social and economic well-being of families in Colorado.
Currently, we assist over 500 families from different backgrounds, some being refugees that were homeless for a time, struggling to find an affordable home.

The economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 outbreak has been unsparing in its impact on the U.S. labor market. Refugees have been the first to feel the financial hit because they often work in insecure jobs. Many of our residents are refugee families who lost their jobs during the pandemic. Colorado's unemployment system has a confusing online filing portal, making it very difficult for our refugee residents to apply for unemployment benefits due to English not being their mother language. The perpetually overloaded call center has become a weight around the necks of our residents struggling to stay afloat and with few to no other options for support from the government. Currently, these families are just trying to live day by day, relying on donations and food banks to survive. In certain circumstances, they are forced to decide between buying food or a basic personal care supply, such as hand soap.
Archway is doing everything it can to help these affected families. However, more support is needed, so we are here to ask for your help. We plan to raise funds and use donations to buy personal care supplies for our most impacted residents.
For 25 years, our team has been committed to helping the least privileged, and now more than ever, we need your contribution.
Every donation counts. Please, donate and help us make a difference in these families' lives!
How will the funds be used?
100% of your donation will be used to buy personal care supplies for our residents.
The personal care items are listed below:
- Adult diapers
- Baby diapers
- Face masks
- Female hygiene items (tampons/maxi pads)
- Hand soap
- Hand sanitizers
- Toilet Paper
