The Seany Foundation brings hope and happiness to young cancer patients and their families through therapitic programming, respite camps and mental health and counseling services. Cancer is a family disease, and these families need as much support as they can get to make it through what is not only a deviststing medical crisis— but an emotional and financial crisis as well!

Every $1k raised sends one low-income child with a life-threatening illness to Seany’s Reach for the Sky camp this summer and delivers mental health services and proframming entirely free to families. 100 percent of all donations go to the programming!!
WHY THEY NEED YOUR HELP: From medical bills to lost wages assocoated chronic illness, many families could never receive this opportunity without the financial support of others. The more money raised the more families are touched by this experience!
ABOUT: The Seany Foundation was started by a California teenager named Sean Lewis- Robins who was battling a terminal bone cancer diagnosis. He sadly died before he could learn to drive or go to his high school prom—but not before starting a movement that would change lives for thousands of other young cancer patients and their families. Seany Foundations mission is simple— bringing hope and happiness to kids with cancer and their families anyway that’s needed!
WHAT THEY DO: The Reach For the Sky Camp gives low-income children (many with a terminal diagnosis) a chance to get out of the hospital room and into the outdoors in a safe medically supervised setting with other kids just like them. These camps offer an unparalleled experience for kids who are often isolated and kept away from adventure do to illness! Siblings are also sponsored for camp. These kids are often left behind in times of crisis and camp gives them the chance to let loose and also share their feelings in a safe space. And while kids are at camp, This gives exhausted parents a chance to catch their breath and get some respite care at home knowing their kids are having an amazing time!
What makes Seany extra special is that mental health services are provided year round to the entire family. Depression, divorce and even suicide rates are astronomically high in these families and few of any non profits are funding services.
