Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our 2020 Annual Conference is pivoting from an in-person event to a virtual one, which will run the weekend of September 25-27. Despite the venue shift, we anticipate a bigger than normal turnout, because we are offering free registration and because people will be able to participate from the comfort of their own homes.
Some of the exciting activities include keynote addresses by Colorado Attorney General Cynthia Coffman and the nonprofit organization Bishop Accountability, as well as workshop breakout sessions on “Intuition as a Tool for Healing,” “The Imagine Project,” “SOL Update and Advocacy Tips for Survivors,” and “Chair Yoga.” AEngel and Kateri Marion will provide evening entertainment.
We are, however, seeking your support with this year’s conference, as the cost of virtual technology needed for the conference exceeds $12,000. Though some of those expenses will be covered by website ads and sponsorships, we are asking you, as a friend of SNAP, to help us achieve the goal of $6,000 in support of our conference and to share our need with family, friends and colleagues who believe in our mission and cause.
SNAP needs your help and your generosity to achieve our $6,000 goal.
Thank you for your support!
