Oleander Nursery and Primary School provides early childhood education, meals and care to more than 220 children each day in the small village of Masaka, east of the Rwandan capital city of Kigali.
The Covid Pandemic has significantly impacted the local economy and unemployment has skyrocketed. Though the school has reopened and has welcomed back its students, parents are unable to pay to cover the basic costs of education, supplies and food. The government has limited funds to provide assistance and the banks that had provided working capital are now knocking on the door, threatening to close the school.
Emmanuel Academies, a US-based 501(c)(3) focused on raising up and equipping future leaders for Christian churches, is collecting donations to benefit Oleander and forwarding any gifts to support the school and their students.
For less than $20 per month, a student can be educated, cared for and fed. Your support can help Oleander School and their students to flourish. Please help in any way that you can. We are seeking to raise $2500 per month to help cover their costs! Amounts above that are appreciated, as debt can be paid down and more students could be accepted into their programs!

Thank you for your consideration of a gift of love and support!
