Help PhxCA get out of debt (and keep our doors open)
Mayo Wardle LAc 0726 founded Phoenix Community Acupuncture in 2011 with the goal of bringing affordable alternative healthcare to the Phoenix Valley. PhxCA is a collective space for people to heal together. In 2017 PhxCA received it’s 501c3 nonprofit organization status from the IRS.
In the past 9 years PhxCA is proud to have given over 87,000 treatments. PhxCA uses a sliding scale, a unique sliding scale where you get to choose how much you pay, no questions asked.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, many changes have been made, which we have gladly done to create a safe environment to be able to continue to treat people with chronic illness and behavioral health issues in these uncertain times. We had to use our credit card to remodel our treatment space to meet new safety standards and invest in additional personal protection equipment and decontaminating agents so we could stay open safely, meeting new CDC guidelines. Unfortunately, our costs have gone up, and our capacity to treat has dropped significantly, we can only treat one third of the people that we used to. We are currently coming in under budget, $8000 a month under operational costs.
With so many people in our community and across the world struggling, healthcare NEEDS to stay affordable. We need your help to keep costs low, and frankly we need your help to keep our doors open. We’re asking you to help us raise $8000:
$5000 to pay off the credit card debt we acquired preparing for the pandemic
$3000 to cover two months of rent
We know lots of people and businesses are hurting financially right now, but if you can, please donate to the clinic, if you can’t please share this page with your friends and families.
We hope to serve the community through the entirety of this pandemic, and for many more years after.
