Help people affected by disasters like storms and countless other crises by making a gift to this this campaign today.
This Go Fund Me campaign is hosted by the local Red Cross Greater Carolinas Blue Ridge Piedmont Chapter Board of Directors. Your gift enables the Red Cross to prepare for, respond to and help people recover from disasters big and small, ensuring people have a safe place to stay during a disaster.
Across the country this summer and fall, the American Red Cross has mobilized in response to destructive hurricanes, including Hurricane Laura, Hurricane Sally, and Hurricane Delta, as well as the unrelenting western wildfires, like those in California, Oregon and Washington. Many of our Greater Carolinas Red Cross volunteers have deployed to these sites to provide disaster relief locally, with many more assisting virtually.
To help keep people safe, we are following guidance from CDC and public health authorities — and have put in place additional precautions, including face coverings, health screenings, and social distancing.
Emergencies don’t stop, even during a pandemic. Every day, people across the country turn to the Red Cross for help and hope. Our ability to be there for disaster survivors during their darkest moments — all while providing for the health and safety of our staff — is dependent on the generosity of donors like you. Please make your gift today and share this link with those in your networks.
The Blue Ridge Piedmont Chapter Board and Staff sincerely THANK YOU for your generosity and support!
