Friends of Kachamk Bay State Parks bought a tool trailer and now we need to fill it with equipment and tools for clearing more of your trails! In 2020 season Friends Volunteers cleared/opened up all of Grace Ridge and all of Sadie Knob trails! Friends organized 100s of volunteer hours to get the job done! To keep up the momentum we need more equipment, tools, and parts for next season.

Eventully: nice colorful stick on banners for each of the sides of the trailer with Friends of Kachemak Bay State Parks logo. $150- $300?
FYI: The tool trailer was about $5000 plus more for shelving and tool drawers- in case you want to help with that too!
It takes a village to keep KBSP trails open, since Alaska State Parks has ZERO funding for maintenance of exisiting trails. It is 100% up to the Friends of KBSP and Volunteers to keep our trails HIKE-able!
NOTE: Homer Saw & Cycle will give Friends 10% off most equipment that we get from them!
If you prefer to mail in your donation : make check out to FKBSP or Friends of KBSP
