Nurses, Frontliners, and 1st Responders are tired, and suffering epidemic levels of #COVIDTrauma and devastation to global healthcare systems.
Our healthcare teams need your support and we are dedicated to seek out and deliver the care they deserve as those on the Frontline of healthcare are disregarded as it being a part of the job to endure this level of stress for this prolonged period of time. This does not want is taught in nursing or medical school. Nurses Against Violence Unite, Inc.® have an intricate support system with varying levels of professionals ready to work but as anyone knows, immediate funding for nonprofits can be a challenge. Nurses and other healthcare workers are suffering epidemic levels of #COVIDTrauma (similar to combat trauma), PTSD, leaving the healthcare field due to no support which translates to less staff to care for the sick.
Since October 2017, it has been a passion of mine to dedicate time to help build our organization, to help build our healthcare community up and help each other through these issues, and now with COVID, it has pushed my healthcare family and those we have not reached into crises mode. We have to help them, otherwise, the nursing shortage will be worse and the healthcare system even more stretched. Our Passionate Leadership Team was hand-picked and possess varying strengths to assist and bring together the most comprehensive nursing organization that truly cares about our now over 30k members on the Facebook Main/Support page. The next phase has now approached even faster than we anticipated. We are asking for financial gifts this holiday season, that will help mend my healthcare family through various services, with the first phase being unveiled this week.
Whether you can donate $1 or more, please know that it is benefitting our members and a tax-deduction. The team and I graciously appreciate your donation.
Please have a Safe Holiday season,
Dr. Sandra Risoldi DNP, MSN Ed., RN, CLNC
