Please Help Maria Luisa Overcome Hashimoto's Disease

I am raising money for my best friend's fiance, she has recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, it is an immunity disease in which your immune system attacks your thyroid, a small gland in your neck. This disease causes droopiness in the face, and many other lethal symptoms. We want to raise enough money to make sure she can live a long healthy life with her future husband. I own a company called Wolf Co Financial Advisement and we will match people's donation from ($1-20).

**Hashimoto's thyroiditis, also known as chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis and Hashimoto's disease, is an autoimmune disease in which the thyroid gland is gradually destroyed. Early on there may be no symptoms. Over time the thyroid may enlarge, forming a painless goiter. Some people eventually develop hypothyroidism with accompanying weight gain, feeling tired, constipation, depression, and general pain.

There are many symptoms that are attributed to Hashimoto's thyroiditis or Hashimoto's disease. The most common symptoms include the following: fatigue, weight gain, pale or puffy face, feeling cold, joint and muscle pain, constipation, dry and thinning hair, heavy menstrual flow or irregular periods, depression, panic disorder, a slowed heart rate, and problems getting pregnant and maintaining pregnancy.**
