Harlem Lacrosse Los Angeles works to help kids in areas where they are more susceptible to have their academic lives negatively effected. Their model is to help kids in the classroom and on the field. These kids in areas such as Compton, South LA, and Inglewood are surrounded by distractions such as gang violence, drugs, and low income. The goal is to help kids maximize their potential and create a brighter future for them.
My name is Dane Weber and I am on the Youth Leadership Board for Harlem Lacrosse Los Angeles. I am a sophomore at Mira Costa and play on the boys varsity lacrosse team. The money that you donate will go directly to Harlem Lacrosse. Your generosity will help pay for equipment, travel, and many other things for the kids at Harlem Lacrosse LA. You can give either a flat amount, or donate based on a goal. The per goal donation will be based on the total goals by the boys varsity lacrosse team at Mira Costa High School. In our 13 regular season games the team scored 126 goals. If you would like you can donate an amount based off of that number. Thank you all so much for your giving.
