As some of you may know, on September 28th, I will be running the Hamptons Half Marathon in support of Ubuntu Pathways, an amazing organization I've started to become involved with.
I originally set out to run with my good friend, Alexander Bank, but unfortunately, he is no longer able to participate so I will be running for both of us.
I hope you'll join me in supporting Ubuntu Pathways, an organization that is providing South Africa's most vulnerable children with what all children deserve - everything, every day.
Ubuntu's programs form an integrated support system of health, education and household stability. Redefining the traditional theory of 'going to scale' Ubuntu commits to guiding 2,000 children in Port Elizabeth's townships on a pathway out of poverty. Ubuntu's cradle-to-career approach highlights the difference between merely touching a life versus fundamentally changing it.
