As you might know Guatemala suffered a devastating volcano eruption on June 3 where dozens lost their lives, hundreds are still unaccounted, and thousands lost their homes.
We are partnering with a local rescue group that has been at ground zero helping animals that survived this tragedy. These dogs and cats were either homeless already or lost their families in this horrible event. Thru this effort we will help rescue, treat and rehome them.
We are fundraising $1,500 that will help more than 15 animals with their medical treatment. We will provide a detailed report after, but the treatment will include at least medical evaluation, blood exams, deworming, spay/neuter surgery, vaccines and needed medication. In some cases, special vitamins and food will be needed. Most of them are severely undernourished and have fleas and ticks. You can meet some of these animals in the gallery and the videos below. 100% of the funds raised will go towards the medical bill.
