Grosse Pointe North Varsity Boys and Girls Hockey teams will play a co-ed charity game benefitting Hockey Fights Cancer™ on Saturday, January 26th at St. Clair Shores Civic Arena at 6:00pm. Please join us for this fun filled event to support the work of the American Cancer Society.
Hockey Fights Cancer™ was founded in 1998 by the National Hockey League (NHL) and the National Hockey League Players’ Association (NHLPA). Since its inception, the Hockey Fights Cancer™ program has resulted in donations of more than $20 million to support the cancer programs of local and national cancer research institutions, children's hospitals, player charities, and local charities.
Funds raised in support of Hockey Fights Cancer™ help the American Cancer Society support people affected by cancer, their families, and caregivers.
Hockey Fights Cancer™ unites the hockey community in support of cancer patients and their families. Together, we look to inspire hope and courage for those who are living with, going through, and moving past cancer.
