Dear friends and family ,
I am very excited to announce that I will be running in the 124th Boston Marathon in 2020! This will be my very first marathon and I couldn‘t be more thrilled to run for the Gronk Nation Youth Foundation! I have been running since I was a freshman in High School participating on the cross country and track teams. I have continued to run in numerous local road races and half marathons and I am ready to conquer my dream of running in Boston! I have always had a passion for health and fitness practicing as a dietitian for 16 years. The passion I have for running has been passed down to our 3 boys who all now love to participate in local races! My brother Greg represented the foundation by running the Boston Marathon this past April. I am looking forward to continuing to support this organization by joining this team and supporting kids and fitness , health and wellness!
The Gronk Nation Youth Foundation is an organization dedicated to inspiring and supporting our youth to reach their maximum potential by empowering them to be positively involved in sports, community activities, education, and fitness. Our mission is to help our youth stay actively involved in school and sports and provide them with the tools needed to help them follow their dreams and live a happy and more successful life. The purpose of the Foundation is to contribute financial resources to selected nonprofit organizations that effectively serve and benefit children with an emphasis on health, education and fitness.
Over the course of Rob’s football career, Gronk Nation Youth Foundation has helped to support many youth programs through New England and the Buffalo regions including Boston, Somerville, Brockton, Lynn, Maine, and others. He continues to give back through his family foundation. He has also supported Children’s Hospital Boston and other New England nonprofits such as Dreamfar High School Marathon and Cristo Rey School.
