The Gothia Cup is the world's leading youth soccer tournament for boys and girls, held in Gothenburg Sweden every July. Over 1,700 teams come from far and wide to participate regardless or origin, nationality or religion. Scores of players, boys and girls from ages 8-18, have been part of CT Gothia Cup teams. It has been an undeniable, sometimes once in a life time experience, for all the players and their parents.
It is and always has been the objective of the leaders of FC International, Jon Bradley and Scott McBride to be able to help as many players afford to attend the Gothia Cup. In past years, many individuals have supported the CT teams and their families and continue to do so. We would like to make sure that players and parents from the many teams that have played in the past, a chance to help today's players. Please consider any amount for our kids as a tax-deductible donation to our cause. Donations will be handled by Soccer Charities of Connecticut, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing soccer opportunities in CT for all youth players and their families.
