Thank you for your donations, we raised over $2,600 for this project! A large portion of those funds have helped the Gordon House Conservancy to pay bills from previous emergency servicing in winter of 2019. We are in discussions with the City of Silverton regarding additional funding for repairs. The inspection has determined that the boiler system will need to be replaced as well as some of the copper pipes. This preservation effort will continue as soon as things begin to return to normal. Gordon House staff will keep everyone posted with any updates or news. Thank you again for your generosity.
We are so grateful for the support we have received. We want to extend our deepest appreciation and thanks to those who've shared and contributed to our cause.
The Gordon House Conservancy works tirelessly to maintain and restore the Gordon House, the only Frank Lloyd Wright-designed structure in Oregon, located next to the Oregon Garden in Silverton.
With your contributions, we can preserve this treasured Usonian home and, with it, Wright's architectural legacy for the next generation of Oregon designers, builders, and dreamers of all mediums. We thank you for your support!
