Help Us Support Our Littlest Neighbors!
"I don't know how I am going to feed my baby!" "I am going to have to re-use diapers."
Six weeks ago, we reached out to our agency partners, not knowing what the response would be, and simply asked "How can we help you and your families during this time?". The response we received from our partners was overwhelming and consistent, a very real and under-supported need for formula, diapers, wipes, and baby food.
We are fielding calls from individual caseworkers, family specialists, and scared parents in the community asking us for help. COVID-19 has exhausted their resources, systems are overwhelmed, demand is greater than supply, and families are struggling.
Between 03/13/20 and 04/28/20, we provided over $50,000 in formula, diapers, wipes, baby food/toddler snacks, and baby hygiene items (I.E. Crisis Cheer Kits) to 100 of our agency partners in the community to disseminate to their population.
The requests continue to come in daily and we need additional support to help meet the demand.
Will you helps us help babies and parents in our community?
