The Give & Tech Fundraiser is geared towards supporting the Montego Bay Boys & Girls Club by supplying them with 20 used academic laptops for their students and team to use on a daily basis. Currently the organization only has 2 very outdated computers for everyone in the facility.
The Grammy nominated and world renowned Third World & the Miami based youth empowerment agency Foundation 2 F.A.M.E. have come together in an effort to shine a light on the important work the Boys & Girls Club is doing in the community of Montego Bay. With these computers the children of this community will be able to develop and grow with the support of the staff. Through the support we receive with this fundraiser, we will purchase the laptops, transport them to Montego Bay, and get them set up and running at the Boys and Girls Club. This will be the first in many similar exciting initiatives to come!
Founded in 1942, the Montego Bay Boys & Girls Club has worked hard to create and maintain high standards of health, education, character and citizenship in order to meet the responsibilities of our democratic way of life. They strive to provide adequate opportunities that will enhance development of members in the field of sports, arts, skills and academic to foster the spiritual, cultural, moral and social needs of our youth.
