Donate some of your stimulus funds!
In 2020, GCF grew more produce than ever before. With your support our goal is to grow even more in 2021.
Our mission to create farming-based learning experiences and feed our community healthy food was put to the test in the spring of 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic meant a major challenge to grow more food for those in need and to develop safe and effective educational opportunities for children throughout the neighborhood.
In 2020, we responded with more production than ever before. We donated nearly 2,000 lbs of organic produce to our local food bank, reaching between 150 and 300 individuals each month!
This year we know that our community needs more engagement with the goodness of nature and more food production as the pandemic continues. Help us connect the farm with our neighbors and grow more food!
Donating will support educational programs for community youth & access to food through organic farming
Your donation will directly support us in developing educational opportunities for elementary school children and at-risk teenagers and help us grow more food for more people. Students will get their hands dirty, learn about growing healthy organic food, explore the farm and its wild edges, and have fun in a fully open and accepting outdoor setting.
