Our community needs us now more than ever. As the Covid-19 pandemic spreads across the world, our prayers and hopes are with men and their families. Locally, as jobs are lost and the number of uninsured increases, it will be the essential role of 501c(3)s like ours to fill the gaps in services and resources to assist in protecting our men’s health community. Globally, more men than women are becoming afflicted from the Coronavirus and more men are dying than women. Why???
Are men less healthy than women or do they have more underlying diseases such as diabetes or heart disease that factor into a higher mortality rate? What we know is that we don’t know - yet. But, together we can help!
Our annual Men’s Health Event will be more important in 2020 than ever. The services we provide are no longer considered optional, but rather essential for the survival of men and their families. This year, in addition to over $2,000 of health screenings, our additional services for mental health and financial health through job opportunities will be more important than ever as we address men’s health in its entirety.
Your support for this year’s Men’s Health Event and our foundation is essential for us to provide these needed services and work together to help save our community. It is unlikely that we will be able to hold our usual fundraising events that lead up to the Men’s Health Event, so it is our hope that people will "Fund a Man" to help cover the expense involved with putting on our Men's Health Event.
Please help us save lives, the future of our men’s health community and the families who depend upon them.
