UPDATE: If this were a normal year, we'd be finalizing our packing lists and prepping for our our 4th Ragnar Cape Relay. Unfortunately, COVID-19 squashed our plans, but our team (along with some other parents and friends) plans to log 400 miles (in a socially distant and responsible way) this weekend to continue to fundraise for our school. Please support us in any way you can.
On May 8-9, a dedicated and crazy group of Peabody School Parents, Teachers, and Friends are teaming up to run our FOURTH Ragnar Cape Relay. Our team is willing to take on this 200-ish mile course because we believe firmly in supporting the public education that is helping to prepare our children to be the leaders of tomorrow. We are running to support The Friends of the Peabody School (FoP), a charitable trust dedicated to enriching the educational environment at the Peabody School in Cambridge, MA. It was formed in the fall of 1990 and each year since then the Friends has raised money to be used for the benefit of the students. When we strap on our running shoes and headlamps (did I mention we’ll be running all through the night?) we will be fueled by the support of our community, people like you. A donation in any amount would bring us closer to our goal of raising an aggressive $10,000. Can we count on you?
