What started out as an afternoon of volunteering in a brat stand for a communitee fundraiser, turned into a part of my life.
You meet new people and hear their stories of survival. You realize you are not in this alone, there ia always someone to listen, encourage or support you and your family.
There are so many worthy charities to donate to. Cancer unfortunately has touched everyone in one way or another, Hospice is there when the time comes that you need their assistance. I know people that use the free clinics in both Jefferson and Watertown. Now I'm working with demenia and/or alzheimers with my father and the more it progresses, the more information and support I look for.
Please consider donating to this very worthy cause. You can also earmark where you would like your donation to go to, if you have a personal preference.
On May 30th, 2017 my first grandson was born. Your first wish is for them to be healthy, this is not the case for Tae. You hear the words asthma and allergies and you don't worry too much. Tae is part of a very small percentage of children whose system can not handle the common cold. Last month was the 4th time that Tae was admitted to the ICU at Madison Childrens Hospital because of his asthma. A cold or even an allergic reaction, will send his asthma into overdrive. If not seen right away by a doctor, put on steriods and antibiotics, the outcome usually results in a hospital stay.
Tomorrow's Hope has allowed me to give back to the hospital that has helped my family.
