Ainsley's Angels of Americais super excited to be spreading awareness and smiles through activism and education! Take a moment to meet Liam:
Liam nació el 14 de abril del año 2012, su embarazo fue normal hasta el día de su nacimiento debido a una negligencia médica obstétrica se muere en el vientre alrededor de 5 min, al no poder nacer por el canal vaginal me realizan una cesárea emergente su abgar fue 0, lo reaniman y reacciona entubándolo y llevando al área de UCIN donde permanece un mes durante este proceso fue entubado y extubado 4 veces, de ahí lo pasan al área de cuidados intensivos pediátricos donde está dos meses más sus diagnósticos son; hidrocefalia adquirida, parálisis cerebral severo, displacía pulmonar, escoliosis y hemiparesia espástica e hipotónica.
Es un niño risueño, feliz, fuerte, noble, es quien nos motiva y mantiene unidos como familia nos enseña día a día lo fuerte que es. Le gusta salir convivir con la gente, es un niño muy largo y ya no cabe en cualquier carriola su silla de ruedas es pesada y muy amplia lo cual nos dificulta el desplazarlo. Por lo que una silla más cómoda y ligera marcaria la diferencia en nuestras vidas, es esperanzador y motivador para nosotros leer y escuchar sobre la asociación Ainsleys Ángels ya que es una posibilidad de brindarle a nuestro Liam una herramienta más para la calidad de vida. Esatamos muy emocionados de poder contar con el apoyo de tanta gente en especial de Diana y Diego quienes nos enseñan el valor de luchar y seguir unidos.

Liam was born April 14 of 2012, my pregnancy was normal until the day of his birth due to a medical neglicence, he died inside the womb for about 5 minutes, since he was not able to be born by vaginal canal they perfrom an emergency c-section his apgar was 0. They reanimated him and make him react, they intubated him and was taken to intensive care, he was there for 1 month, during this process he was intubated and extubated for 4 times, after that he was moved to pediatric intensive care were he was for 2 months. His diagnosis is Hydrocefalia, Cerebral Palsy, pulmonar dysplacia, escoliosis, spastic hemiparesis e hipotonic.
Liam is a happy boy, strong and noble, he is the one who motivates us and helps us mantain united as a family, he teaches us day by day how strong he is. He likes to go out and about and see people, he has gotten very long and he now doesnt fit in any stroller, and his wheelchair is very heavy and big which makes it difficult for us to move him around. So a much more comfortable and less heavy chair would be great for us and really would mark a differences in our lives. Its hopeful and inspiring for us to read and hear about Ainsleys Angels because for us its a posiblity or share with Liam a new tool for his quality of life. We are very excited to count with the support of so many people specially Diana and Diego who show us the courage and value to fight keep pushing together.
