Running has become a place of peace for my mind, a time to spend with God and also a time to solve all the world’s problems! (Runners - you totally know what I mean!) It is a super fun, social event where I have met some of the most amazing people! I also LOVE seeing a city or a new place by foot. You notice things that you never would have noticed by car. You see things and think “Has that always been there?!” My friend Jenny has CP and is currently unable to see the city the way that I get to experience by foot! Jenny would LOVE to be able to experience this too! After a quick google search, I came across Ainsley’s Angels. I reached out to them and this is where we are now... we need to raise $1000 to get Jenny her own chariot! We want to have our first race be the Wonder Woman race in Dallas, because if you have ever met my friend Jenny before, then “Wonder Woman” would be a good way to describe her! This girl is the BEST prayer warrior, go-getter, friend there is! She has the biggest heart and I want her to be able to experience some endurance running too! The race is 8 weeks away, so we need to get the chariot ordered ASAP so we can start training together!!!
