Frasier was dumped behind a shelter in Albany, Kentucky in August of 2018. After being rescued from the shelter his foster family soon discovered a limp in his leg that was not going away with any help. X-rays and scans revealed that he was born with a birth defect in his front leg joint. He needs extensive surgery ( coronoidectomy and ulnar osteotomy) to repair his leg back to full use. Little Hills of Kentucky does not feel right passing along a dog that needs this procedure and because the rescue group is small it needs help paying for this surgery. We'd love for any of our followers, fellow dog lovers and interested friends and family to help chip in...every little bit helps!
