Children in the Philippines who live in extreme poverty lack access to quality healthcare. They are often denied assistance and are unable to afford necessities to improve their quality of life.
Anndie Marie is a 3-year old girl from the Philippines. She has cerebral palsy, microcephaly, focal epilepsy, and global delay development. Anndie Marie also has a twin sister. Her mom starves herself to provide nutrition for her daughters. Often, she has to choose what medications to purchase for Anndie Marie because of their financial state. Sometimes, she can’t afford the meds at all. Girls’ step-dad borrows money to pay the medical bills for Andie Marie’s hospital stays and then puts all his earnings into paying off the debt.
Her family fights for her as hard as they can. And they are struggling to provide basic needs for their daughters. Their mother in despair reached out to us for help for Anndie Marie.
Can you help us provide nutrition and medication to Anndie Marie?
