The Dragonfly home is an Oklahoma City non-profit that was founded in March 2016. Dragonfly is dedicated to helping victims and survivors of human trafficking. They believe that every victim-survivor of human trafficking deserves the freedom and the opportunity to pursue a new life. With that, The Dragonfly Home provides the victim-survivor with everything they need and helps pave the way for whatever goals they want to pursue.
Dragonfly’s mission is to make sure they provide all necessary services for survivors with a trauma-informed, human-centered approach. The Dragonfly Home provides therapy, advocacy, access to medical care, and legal assistance, meeting the needs of victim-survivors by providing safe housing, food and clothing, toiletries, and transportation.
The Dragonfly Home is Oklahoma’s first and only Human Trafficking Relief and Restoration Center and serves hundreds of victim-survivors of sex and labor trafficking, including all genders, adults and juveniles, through the Human Trafficking Crisis Center. The Dragonfly Home also operates a 24-Hour Human Trafficking Helpline. Some of the survivors who have been helped by the Dragonfly Home have been able to earn their GED, go to college, pursue a career, and join the military--all testaments to the Dragonfly Home’s ability to provide resources for healing.
Our goal is to raise $1,000 for the Dragonfly Home so that they can continue their necessary work of helping victim-survivors of human trafficking. This funding will go directly to the programs Dragonfly has designed which focus on meeting the immediate needs of victim-survivors and help them pursue their new life.
