In the aftermath, you may have seen some of the teens from the Parkland school speaking out about change and action, and the school walkouts also proposed by teens.
Young people make a difference.
DoSomething.org is an organization that helps them, facilities and raises awareness and participation for causes and action, supported by teens/young people.
They have done amazing things such as: donated over 1 million pairs of jeans (enough to clothe 1/2 of all homeless youth in the US), donated over 1/2 million period products to shelters in the first ever national period product drive, powered a petition that convinced Apple to create emojis representing people of color.
This month, FFG is supporting DoSomething.org to support young people who make a difference for all of us
