Most of us have either been impacted directly or indirectly by cancer and we know that cancer does not discriminate by age, race or gender.Fitness lowers our risk of a cancer. If cancer should strike, fitness prepares us for the battle ahead.

Many of our members and instructors who have dealt with cancer have shared that being “fit for the fight” made the difference in winning the battle with cancer.
