Santa Clara County is the epicenter for coronavirus in California. Many of our food service workers have lost jobs due to lack of work. Meanwhile, our frontline healthcare and community workers toil day and night fighting this pandemic.
GIVING ALTERNATIVES POWERED BY FEED THE FRONTLINE
1. Each tax deductible $10 donation will provide one packaged “no contact” meal made by Moveable Feast food trucks for a local healthcare worker. Not only will this fortify the frontline, but also uplift food service workers, many of whom lack the resources to ride out this unprecedented public health crisis. If you would like to support this flagship iniative, you are on the right page! Just click the DONATE button.
2. With American Leadership Forum - Silicon Valley we are also providing free meals for frontline non-profits staff and volunteers working tirelessly to serve the most vulnerable in our community. If you prefer for your donation to support these efforts, make your donation here.
3. Your donation to Community Meal Initiative provides nutritious meals made by local small businesses for hospital ER teams and at-risk families. Packages are created for 20-25 meals and delivered directly to those in need. Please make your donation here and see the local restaurants partnering in this humble opportunity.
