"Isolation on top of isolation" is how Kenny Smoker Jr. is describing the past year at Fort Peck Indian Reservation during the Covid pandemic.
Pre-COVID19, they already had a 70% unemployment rate, high rates of addiction, and chronic health problems. The pandemic lockdowns meant an increase in abuse, violence, drug overdose, and loss of school lunches, positive environment, and hope.
This summer, we're showing our love for the people of Fort Peck by providing families with high-quality, non-perishable food, as well as socks, soap and underwear. We will be feeding and helping over 10,000 people!
Please help us out with a monetary donation to Love Has No Color. With each $25 donation, you will get a raffle ticket towards our draw on August 12th. Dr. Sabrina will also be donating $100 per new patient that comes into the office in June and July.
