On April 20, 2020 my father and I will be running the 124th Boston Marathon. This has been a life goal for the both of us and being able to run it together is an added bonus. The two of us will be running on behalf of Family Promise Metrowest. Family Promise Metrowest is a non-profit organization that works selflesly to transform the lives of families with children who are homeless by mobilizing a diverse community to provide shelter, education and comprehensive support. Family Promise Metrowest believes motivated, hard-working families can move out of homelessness and poverty if they are given the encouragement, guidance, and resources to reach their goals. With both of us being firefighters, homelessness is something we witness on a day to day basis. We also believe that with the right support and tools, homelessness is something that can be mitigated and corrected in the Metrowest area. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated as we look to reach our goal of $12,000! Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing everyone along the route!
