WHAT: Traversing through the Suffolk Seaboard Coastal Trail, runners embark on an overnight adventure to complete a 200-mile course.
WHEN: The race begins on Friday, November 6th and goes through the night into Saturday, November 7th. Starting times will be staggered based upon each team's estimated finish time. Teams will start to finish the race around 11AM on November 7th and continue throughout the afternoon.
WHO: Leg distances are varied, and the training and total individual mileage run for the 200 is similar to that of a half marathon.
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 has grown to more than 30 states and 2,000+ scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.
ALL PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT ROC SOLID FOUNDATION: a local non-profit that builds hope for children fighting pediatric cancer.
