Dear Friends and Family,
I am cross country skiing for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in order to support funding research and help ensure access to treatments, for blood cancer patients.
My committment to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is in honor of my father, my sister Ann Lee, and my aunt Evie, who have each battled lyphoma in the past four years.
While you may know that my father had a rare blood cancer which transformed into a leukemia blast crisis last June, I am thrilled to say my aunt Evie, who battled Mantel Cell, and Ann Lee, who had an aggressive and rare grey-zone lymphoma, are both healthy and thriving due to their personal strengths and incredible spirits, as well as advancements in blood cancer medical research.
LLS has invested nearly $1.3B in cancer research since 1949. The money I raise on the 10th of March will be a drop in the ocean, but I'm aiming for $2,000. Please help me get there.
