The need to fill the gaps for access to services for Transitional Age Youth was the foundation to develop a non-profit that would be dedicated to providing the support needed. As a result, steps were taken for the development of Encompass Youth as an emerging, volunteer-driven, non-profit that is currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)3 status. During this process, the El Dorado Community Foundation has graciously accepted our request as Fiscal Sponsor, with a dedicated fund in order that we can accept donations to provided needed support and services for the young people we serve until IRS 501(c)3 status is obtained.
