Enbridge’s involvement in the United Way allows us to help fuel quality of life and this year is more important than ever. Our social safety net was already stretched thin before the onset of COVID-19, and in the last several months we’ve seen our most vulnerable put at even more risk. We’re also supporting people who never thought they’d be the most vulnerable. Demand for social services continues to climb across our community; it has already increased by 42% since the beginning of the pandemic. Emergency needs are continuing to evolve, and we know recovery and rebuilding will take months, and likely years.
When faced with great uncertainty and difficult times, we know that COMMUNITY MATTERS.
