Black Farmers Matters! in the building of Black Wealth and Empowerment. The percentage of African American Farmers involve in farming have declined from 14% in 1910 to less than 1% in 2020. Similarly, the African continent used to feed itself prior to Colonization. But now Africa heavily depends on the importation of food that could be grown locally. Your Donation will make a huge impact by helping us run promotions that attract the young black generation to farming and provide them with startup resources. Your donations will also support disadvantaged African Farmers as part of this program.
This Fundraising is on behave of Self-Empowerment Inc, a Black-Owned 501c (3) non-profit agency seeking to promote Self-Empowerment in disadvantaged Black communities globally. The organization is supporting and encouraging black framers to collaborate, trade and empower each other. One of the goals is to provide startup boast to new or struggling farmers and create platforms for collaboration which promotes Pan-African trading and partnerships.
