I’ve had a lot of fun participating in this event the past two years and have enjoyed working with everyone at Dress for Success Charlotte and learning more their lifechanging mission as an organization and all the important work they do in our community, as well as around the world. It has been a great opportunity to meet some fantastic people, including my fellow swaggerers, and I have found myself looking forward to it the past two years. At the end of the day, I believe that this is just a great way for me to do my small part in advocating for Dress for Success and contributing to the advancement of women in the workplace, which I’ve learned is one of the best ways to help strengthen families in and around local communities. Given the economic, psychological, and emotional trauma endured over the past year, I believe this is an exceptionally critical year to do everything possible to support Dress for Success in helping them to achieve their mission.
As I said last year, I’ve been blessed and honored to have known and been supported by strong, successful, and empowered women throughout my life, both personally and professionally, and this is just my small contribution that I will continue to look forward to making for many years to come.
