I feel very grateful that I have my passion for baseball and I'm lucky to be able to buy something as soon as I need it. Not everyone has that opportunity and I want others who don't have that privilege to be able to enjoy baseball with equipment from Pitch In For Baseball--with the help of you guys. I want to help the baseball community be the best it can be. More importantly, I want kids around the world to be the best baseball players they can be.
Founded in 2005, Pitch In For Baseball & Softball (PIFBS) believes that baseball and softball are effective tools for youth development. Not only do they give kids a chance to be a kid and play, but it also helps to create healthy communities, break down barriers, and instill valuable life lessons. PIFBS aims to reduce barriers to play and bring communities together by collecting and redistributing much needed baseball/softball equipment to groups serving under-resourced children. Since 2005, PIFB has donated more than $9 million in equipment to help 800,000 kids play ball in every state and 100 countries worldwide.
I am excited to be a part of of PIFBS and am asking you to join me in giving baseball to kids who might not otherwise be able to play. Thank you.
