Emma's Heart&Sole will be heading to sunny California and participating in the San Diego Beach & Bay Half Marathon on April 18, 2020. There is also a 5K &10K race option allowing everyone to find their own groove whether you are running, jogging or walking.
Come join us in California and let's have fun while embarking on yet another adventure for a great cause. We are looking for runners & walkers to represent us and fundraise so we can continue to change lives in a meaningful way.
Emma was a driven educator with deep Southern roots that migrated to the Big Apple in her early 20's. She had a no-nonsense flair and passion for empowering her students to achieve more. She taught students in New York and North Carolina to believe in their value as human beings contributing great things to our society. Her belief was that education is the key ingredient in bolstering a healthier and happier way of life.
Scholarships are currently available to Seniors at Brooklyn Generation School (Brooklyn, NY), East Side High School (Newark, NJ), Garner Magnet High School (Garner, NC), & our newest addition will be unveiled in 2020 but a hint: It will be located in the Golden State.

Can't join us for the race? No problem!! You are still eligible to compete for the award by being the top fundraiser so tell everyone you know! If your donors use alternate methods like PayPal or Postal just tell them to mention your name so we can add their donation to your tally. Deadline will be on Monday, April 20, 11:59pm EST
