Every Generation Ministries (EGM) is a non-profit, interdenominational Christian organization that seeks to help Evangelical churches around the world build children up as disciples in Christ by establishing locally led ministry teams that are staffed and funded by the local Christian community within each country. With leadership development training and culturally relevant Bible teaching resources from these ministry teams, children’s workers are equipped to minister to children and their families in a relational context. EGM is dedicated to leading children to experience and understand the Bible, connect it to real life, and respond to its truth, leading children to the transformed life Jesus intends for them.
Every Generation Ministries supports ministry to children in 15 countries. Part of that support includes sending teams from the United States overseas to connect with what’s already being done through churches in those areas. Short-term ministry trips connect God’s people to each other and provide unique opportunities to serve the body of Christ. These opportunities help inform the way we pray for churches overseas and the way we see ourselves as part of God’s kingdom. They inform the way we praise God for the gifted leaders around the world who are accomplishing His kingdom work. Join EGM's ministries by participating in a short-term ministry trip to 15 countries or by supporting one financially and through prayer.
EGM is organizing holding a Writer's Workshop in Cairo, Egypt from February 25 to March 5. 2020 for a few key ministry leaders from Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon. Leaders participating in the workshop will learn more about writing Bible curriculum and some foundational principles in support of Bible resource publishing. Members of the EGM curriculum team have been invited to join them for the purpose of working together to develop Bible teaching materials for ministry to children.
Trip dates are from February 25 - March 4, 2020.
