At Epiphany Early Learning's Annual Art Walk and Auction this year, we had planned to ask families to raise their paddles for staff wages to help boost their income, which under normal conditions is below a reasonable living wage.
Now we find ourselves in unusual circumstances where our ability to pay and retain our amazing teachers is in jeopardy. Because we may not receive tuition payments from all families while EELP is closed due to the coronavirus, there could be a funding gap for the school which would affect our ability to pay staff.
We come to you for help. If you are able to continue to pay your regular monthly tuition during our closure, thank you! If you are able to pay your regular tuition and make a contribution, we ask that you raise your paddle as generously as possible. This is more than just fundraising. This is about coming together as a community so that we are able to pay our wonderful teachers and keep them employed at EELP.
