Education Building in Ghana
Noyaa School is located in the middle of a fisher community near the harbor of Accra in Ghana. With its close proximity to Jamestown, Accra is able to receive goods for the school that directly impact the community. Noyaa school has been unable to provide education for the entire community because of limited funding in the past. Each child funded through this campaign will be able to keep their educational hopes and dreams alive by attending an art school but having the ability to acquire a quality education.
A fundraising campaign for building education in Ghana is beginning this Fall and lasting through early 2019. The Sober Network with primary contact, Daniel Solomon, would like to raise at least $100,000 for this endeavor. It is the goal of The Sober Network to focus on providing educational services to the disadvantaged community in the form of improving literacy, science math and English classes, scholarship programs, building primary schools, supplying books and writing utensils and vocational training for the students. We are inviting online sponsors to participate in this campaign with the focus on education, teachers’ pay, supplying uniforms for the children and food.
